Travel insurance -  is insurance that is intended to cover financial and other losses incurred while travelling, either within one's own country, or internationally. Policies can be arranged to cover trips in the UK / Europe and or worldwide including USA and Canada.

Travel insurance can usually be arranged prior to taking an individual trip or more conviniently on an annual multi trip basis.

The most common risks that are covered by travel insurance are:

• Loss, theft or damage to personal possessions and money (including travel documents)

• Delayed baggage (and emergency replacement of essential items)

• Medical expenses

• High risk sports (e.g. skiing, scuba-diving)
